We may photograph, film, or record audio at competitions, events, schools, workshops, experience sessions, educational programs, and other activities in which we are involved.

If you do not wish for your photos, videos, or audio to be used, please notify our staff in advance or on the day of the event, unless legally or operationally prohibited. We will consider appropriate measures within a reasonable scope.

Article 7: Provision to Third Parties

Except as provided by law, we will not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual.

The main purposes for which we handle specific personal information are as follows.

  1. Preparation and submission of withholding tax slips, salary payment reports, employment insurance notifications, health insurance and welfare pension insurance-related notifications, and other documents related to employees
  2. Preparation and submission of payment records for remuneration and fees, and other statutory documents
  3. Tasks permitted under the My Number Act that are entrusted by government agencies or other businesses

Except as permitted by law, we will not provide specific personal information to third parties.
